To help with the recent rise in fuel prices and the cost of living, therapy sessions will be adjusted by 20% until July 2026.
*Please note that assessment costs will remain due to the administration cost of questionnaires and assessment tools. See below for terms and conditions.

Fees

Individual Therapy

Sessions with Dr Tom Hannan

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: €125* €100 per 50-minute session.

  • Full-time Student Rate: €105* €84 per 50-minute session. Current student enrollment letter required.

  • After-hours appointments (before 9am or after 5pm) will incur an additional €10 fee.

  • Letters will be billed at the above hourly rate.

  • If Tom requires you to complete any questionnaires to inform your care, this may incur an additional cost (typically €5-10) and will be discussed beforehand.

Payment is due at the time of booking, prior to the session. Unfortunately, we do not process direct insurance claims, but we can provide receipts for you to submit to your private health insurer, if applicable.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider before booking to see how much of the service fee they will cover. Tom’s PSI Membership number is M15360C if requested.

Autism & ADHD Identification (Assessments)

NOTE: The final cost of each assessment will vary depending on your individual needs. Assessments are charged at the hourly rate of €125 per hour.

Child Assessments will typically involve the following:

  • 3-hours of parent/caregiver-only sessions

  • 2-3 hours of child-only sessions (MIGDAS, DIVA, QBCheck, Cognitive Assessment)

  • 1-2 hours consultation with a Speech and Language therapist or an Occupational Therapist

  • Completion of standardised assessment questionnaires

  • 1-hour feedback session where we will go through the outcomes of the assessment, the individual report, and personalised recommendations

  • Estimated Cost: €1,400 - €2,200 (including report writing)

Adult Assessments will typically involve the following:

  • 1-4 hours of assessment sessions depending on need (MIGDAS, DIVA, QBCheck)

  • Completion of standardised assessment questionnaires

  • 1-hour feedback session where we will go through the outcomes of the assessment, the individual report, and personalised recommendations

  • Estimated Cost: €750 - €1,600 (including report writing)

FREE: A follow-up 30-minute appointment can be arranged for 2-3 months post-assessment to check in and see how things have been going and discussed possible further recommendations.

Non-Attendance & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee (i.e., only 50% of the session cost will be refunded). This is because short notice may not allow sufficient time to offer the session to another client.

  • Non-attendance without any notice or cancellations made on the day will incur the full session fee.

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice and do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any transaction fees which have occured.

In the case of illness or medical reasons, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you are unwell and need to cancel within 48 hours, we appreciate as much notice as possible. A fee may still apply except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies).

We will automatically issue cancellation invoices unless advised otherwise.

20% Cost of Living Discount Policy

To help with recent rise in fuel and the cost of living, therapy sessions will receive a 20% discount until June 2026. This discount only applies to therapy sessions booked after 25/03/2026. The discount will end 01/07/2026 and session prices will return to the original cost of €125.00 per 50-minute session. Assessments session fees will remain at €125 per session due to the additional administrative cost of assessment tool administration and purchasing.
